Duties 工作职责：
Create short videos, images, and copywriting on Chinese social media platforms, such as Little Red Book to engage potential clients
Promote UK properties to clients on Chinese social media platforms and networking sites
Generate leads through content marketing on various social media platforms and channels
Provide the first point of contact for potential clients and turn the leads to real clients
Carry out induction for clients about UK properties investment
Update new properties information on the company website and maintain
Able to travel to China 1-2 times a year for marketing promotion
Increase social media account viewers, and followers to build the brand image on the internet
在中国社交媒体平台（小红书等）创建社交媒体内容（视频、图片、文字）
在社交媒体和网络平台上向中国客户推销英国物业
通过社交媒体营销开发潜在客户
联络潜在客户，并将其转化为实际客户
向客户介绍英国房地产投资
更新并维护公司网站，添加新的房产信息
每年可以去中国出差1-2次
增加社交媒体粉丝，提升公司网络品牌形象
requirements 任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Experience in marketing and sales in a similar industry is preferred
- Ability to present information clearly and with confidence, such as in meetings, presentations, etc
- Enthusiastic and passionate about Chinese main social media channels
- Result-driven and willing to grow with the company
